Aims and Scope
'Onkologie' offers an interdisciplinary forum for cancer research and treatment. Peer-reviewed original and review articles cover a wide range of aspects in medical hematology and oncology, surgical, neurosurgical, gynecologial, pediatric and urological oncology, oral and maxillofacial surgery, dermatological oncology, diagnostic radiation oncology, psychological care, pathology, clinical-experimental oncology, biometry und oncological rehabilitation. Continuous medical education and clinical news form a further focus. Compact and current, 'Onkologie' keeps both clinicians and researchers up-to-date.
Im Dienste der klinischen Krebsforschung und -behandlung
Zielsetzung
In Original- und Übersichtsarbeiten behandelt «Onkologie» aktuelle Fragen der Krebsforschung und -behandlung. Als interdisziplinäre Zeitschrift veröffentlicht sie Arbeiten aus der internistischen Hämato-Onkologie, der chirurgischen, neuro-chirurgischen, gynäkologischen, pädiatrischen und urologischen Onkologie, der Mund-Kiefer-Gesichtschirurgie, Dermatoonkologie, der diagnostischen Radiologie in der Onkologie, Psychoonkologie, Pathologie, klinisch-experimentellen Onkologie, Biometrie und onkologischen Rehabilitation. Weitere Schwerpunkte sind klinische Informationen und die onkologische Fortbildung. In kompakter Form hält «Onkologie» den Forscher und Kliniker auf dem Laufenden.
