Aims and Scope

'Nephron Experimental Nephrology' is a subjournal of 'Nephron' with its own citation and index.

Formerly a journal in its own right called 'Experimental Nephrology', Nephron Experimental Nephrology specialises in the publication of high-quality, original research and reviews in the area of experimental renal cell biology, in vivo models of acute and chronic renal disease including transplantation, renal development, functional genomics and genetics. Nephron Experimental Nephrology is thus of relevance to both adult and paediatric nephrologists, as well as those interested in the scientific basis of the affiliated fields of histopathology, genetics, urology, transplantation and fetal medicine. Scientists working in the fields of developmental molecular biology and immunology will also find Nephron Experimental Nephrology of interest.
