Abstract
Clopidogrel is a recently developed thrombocyte inhibitor with fewer side effects. We report 2 patients with purpura and thrombopenia, respectively, due to clopidogrel therapy. As this compound is widely used in clinical practice, the occurrence of hematological and dermal side effects should be considered. Copyright © 2001 S. Karger AG, Basel
