Abstract

An assessment of the current status of intrauterine treatment of fetal hydrocephalus is presented. An attempt is made to evaluate the outcome of clinical trials reported to the International Registry of Fetal Treatment. Future developments, based on the outcome of experiments with animal models, are discussed.
